This was an urban design and architectural proposal as part of a part research and part design studi for an existing housing complex in New York City built for electricians.

In this project we worked on introducing renewable energy through solar and wind power to the site that currently has no source of local or renewable energy. The existing site also lacks design considerations for mobility and gathering, especially for aging residents. Therefore, we worked on providing suitable design modification towards the landscape and programming of the site.
